BRANCH MANAGERS - UNITED STATES & CANADA
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Drive daily, weekly, monthly and annual business goals of the company through aggressive sales initiatives, superior customer service, marketing and brand identification initiatives, staffing and effective business administration practices.
- Accountable for effective, well-informed, timely and cost-effective decisions, in support of TrashBusters’ strategic business goals.
- Consistently acts as a role model, demonstrating respect and dignity to all employees, vendors and customers, setting the performance bar as the Brand Ambassador.
Field Operations
Sales and Marketing:
- Take ownership and creatively implement corporately-developed Sales and Marketing plans.
- Meet or exceed TrashBusters’ ongoing marketing activities, set out in the Quarterly Business Reviews.
General Operations:
- Implementation of the monthly, quarterly and annual operating business plans.
- Responsible for all aspects of fleet operations, maximizing truck-team productivity while minimizing expenses.
- Work regularly in the trucks, ensuring the operational success of the fleet teams while monitoring the marketplace.
Administration:
- Maintenance of administrative systems and reports, including bi-weekly payroll.
Staffing:
- Recruit, interview, hire and train all new employees.
- Coach existing fleet teams on all aspects of customer service, safety and sales.
- Drive continuous improvement and learning through regularly-scheduled quarterly performance reviews.
- Management of labour margins through strategic staff scheduling.
Corporate:
- Monthly and quarterly attendance in conference calls and at meetings.
- Build community presence by participation in charitable and community-based activities.
